The Age is reporting that a Melbourne woman who required mobility assistance devices was found tied to a park bench this morning, having been sexually assaulted.
I don’t even know what to say about this. This is one of the most horrifying attacks I’ve ever heard of.
The article says she was bound with rope. How many people have rope in their back pocket at 3:40 in the morning? Which makes this either premeditated, or someone ran off to get some.
I just. This poor woman.
This goddamn world.
My heart goes out to her. My bet would be that it was more than premeditated. It honestly wouldn’t surprise me if she knew the person who did this too. :S
